Adjustable between 120-160mm so once fitted to watch case 16cm up to around 20cm based on a 40mm watch case.

N.B. Please allow extra length to make comfortable on wrist, I have 180mm wrist and strap length including case I wear is 200mm, so extra 20mm for me but I like it loose and 195mm is very tight and doesn't allow for wrist swelling in warmer weather.
